  • Yes. Please note that the article must comply with the submission requirements and use citations as defined in the FDU Style Guide. Make sure that any material you submit is original or properly cited.

  • The editorial board and faculty advisors read and discuss every article following a double-blind evaluation system. Any article that follows our submission requirements will be considered. We choose articles with a strong thesis and legal interpretation or political analysis. Our goal is to publish articles on a wide variety of topics.

  • We publish the journal once every academic year in May. The published journal is open strictly to undergraduate students. However, we also regularly publish online scholarly articles that are open to students, professors, and professionals alike. We seek to publish between 4-8 articles per year.

  • Yes! We encourage submissions from undergraduates from all colleges and universities both nationally and internationally.

  • 
We will select papers for publication and issue invitations to revise and re-submit by November 30th. If selected, the student author will work closely with both faculty and student editors, collaborating on the process. Your paper will be thoroughly edited with the goal of keeping as much of the student author’s original work.

  • Of course. Our student and faculty editors are happy to explain our review and editorial process and provide relevant documentation.
